Meet Ting-A-Ling, the Deegan Family's Elf on the Shelf. Maybe I'm a really bad Mom, but I am using this guy to introduce major change in this house. Seriously. Having a direct line to the "Big Guy" (Santa, not God) really puts the fire under the little be-hinds in this house!
