i keep going back to this photo. i think it's the combination of the green, white and the natural wood elements. oh and all of that paired with the amazing green ceiling. i'm thinking this could be inspiration for a new guest room.
all of this coming from a girl who pretty much hates accent walls painted a different color. is this the same or different?
I think when it's the ceiling that's painted, it's ok. :) But what do I know? ha!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a big fan of accent walls at all...but there's something about a painted ceiling that I like. You are seriously BRAVE if you do choose that green for your own home!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that color of green!! And I think it looks amazing on the ceiling!!! YOu should definitely do it :) I'd want to stay in that guest room for sure...
ReplyDeleteThink this is totally different. I love a painted ceiling, but I think you'd have to have a lot of natural light. And, I love green so this room is perfection to me. I know HB lists some of the best paint colors for a ceiling - you might want to check it out.
ReplyDeleteI can see why you like it. The room is very fresh and fun.
ReplyDeleteI love green, but I am so afraid of painting a ceiling! The inspiration room is very fresh, though!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous! Love how the green ceiling isn't overwhelming. gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI love it, but wonder how tall those ceilings are. I guess the other suggestion about making sure there's lots of light would make it work. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLove that shade of green and white together...so fresh and clean!
ReplyDeleteI say go for it!!
it's only paint right
Enjoy the evening!
You know I actually was watching a show where they had a striped ceiling the other night and it was pretty striking too! Good luck deciding what to do.
ReplyDeleteThe painted ceiling really doesn't remind of an accent wall... i think it's quite beautiful. I love the white walls and the green bench. I say go for it, Erin!
